Engineered with an optimal shear angle and extra-thick micrograin carbide tips to give you precise cuts every time. Our Rabbeting router bits produce beautiful shavings, not sawdust typical of inferior quality rabbeting router bits. The Rabbeting router bits are sold individually and come with one bearing, they do not include our Rabbeting multi-bearing kits. Our exclusive new rabbeting router bit set is a fast and accurate way to produce inset door and drawer faces, cut strong rabbeted joints, inset the backs of cabinets and much more. The rabbeting router bit (item: 35-856) features a 1" tall carbide cutting edge and comes mounted with a 1/2" diameter bearing that makes a full 3/4" deep rabbet. We've also developed 16 other special sleeves that allow you to make all the cuts shown above. Each sleeve is made from high-quality aluminum and C.N.C. machined for ultimate precision. We laser engrave each sleeve with its diameter and fit each one with a high-quality bearing that can be replaced if necessary. Thanks to its aggressive shear angle, the router bit will deliver a glass-smooth finish on your workpiece.
