No Hassle Return Policy

If our products do not meet your expectations, or you are otherwise not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. All returned products must be in new, unused condition and include the original box and/or packaging. Eligible returns will either be refunded to the same method of purchase or as in-store credit.

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending the item back unless the item was deemed defective. A 5% restocking fee may also apply to returned merchandise which is deemed to not be defective. If your order was shipped free-freight, we reserve the right withhold the shipping charge from your refund. If you want an in-store credit there will be no re-stocking fee and there is no time limit for which you can use your credit. We do not accept product returns after 30 days unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are covered for the life of the Infinity Tools branded product (see applicable manufacturer warranty information for all other items). For customers in any location, you have the option of using the carrier of your choice to return your order to us. We recommend shipping with a method which includes tracking and insurance for your return shipment. You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with your product return.

If you're returning an item because it was damaged in transit or you believe it is defective, please be sure to offer a detailed description of the problem in your email/request and also include photos of the damage to both the product and the packaging.
