The VRS-200 is for those who are looking for even more from their vertical router sled. In service of that end, we've added some premium features that really set it apart. We've spent quite a bit of time tweaking our design to get this tool just right, and our offices are littered with various iterations of the sled that we ended up taking back to the drawing board for one reason or another. So, we are proud to finally introduce you to the VRS-200, made with precision materials and capable of previously unavailable functionality.

Innovative Uses — Of course, just like the VRS-100, the VRS-200 will help you safely make cuts where you need to hold your workpiece at 90° to the machine table, such as cutting tenons or when using vertical panel bits, but that is only the beginning.

• Horizontal and vertical plates made from ½” thick CNC machined 6061 aluminum billets
• Vertical Plate is easily adjusted anywhere between 90 and 45 degrees
• Positive stops at 90°, 45°, 33.3°, 22.5° and 11.25°
• Spring-loaded pin automatically engages at positive stops
• Clamping bolts allow adjustment to any angle in-between
