The 4-Pc. Corner Radius Guide Set CRT-002 allows you to quickly, accurately, and safely add 8 different Radii to the corners of your projects. Designed specifically for use at the router table with any ½" diameter or smaller flush trim router bit, these handy guides require no clamps, screws, or double-sided tape. Made of precision machined and hard-anodized aluminum, the integrated fences locate securely on the corner of your workpiece requiring only to be held in place by hand while routing. Each guide features two different radii with the sizes clearly laser etched on both sides for easy identification.

Tips For Easy Use:

1. Locate the guide over the corner of your workpiece so that the fences are set flat against both the edge and end of the board.
2. Adjust your flush trim router bit in your router table so that the bearing lines up with the guide and the cutting edge will fully cut your workpiece.
3. Hold the guide in place with one hand while guiding the workpiece through the cut with the other.
4. The large radius sizes may require multiple passes to remove the excess waste and bring the profile to final shape.

Notes:

• It is possible for the cutting edge of the flush trim bit to contact the jig and cause wear marks in the anodized surface. This is normal and will not affect the function of the router bit or Corner Radius Guide.

• These templates are designed radiusing 90° square corners and must be used at the router table.
