Looking at the 91-527 Interior & Exterior Door Router Bit Set in the Mission profile. What panel thick thickness are these setup for? Is it possible to change bearings/shims and use an adjustable slot cutter handle slight undersize plywood panels for this set?

I am looking to build a 12 lite exterior French door that is 1.375" thick. What would be the best shaper bit set for this? I have a shaper and a router table.
-2
When using your extended tenon router how do you increase the depth for that tenon in the stile? Wouldn't you need an additional cutter? Also, after using your entry and passage door set how would you cut the panels without an additional panel cutter?
