Insert-Pro Extended Tenon Master System
An Extended Tenon Cutter Head and TWENTY (20) profile knives!
Our Insert-Pro Shaper System offers the very best in quality and versatility for your shaping needs. Precision machined from durable aircraft grade aluminum, the tool bodies feature a tough anodized finish for years of service in your shop. We use only the highest quality C4 micro-grain carbide for the replaceable cutting knives, and precision grind each one to a mirror finish and razor sharp edge.
In this Master Set, you get twenty (20) replaceable cutter knives that cover all five of our beautifully shaped profiles. When you've finally worn out one set of knives you can purchase replacement Insert-Pro knives of any profile shape here.
Other door making shaper cutters only cut a 1/2" or 5/8" wide tenon. We don’t think this is wide enough, especially when making heavy front doors with material up to 1-7/8" thick. So when it came time to design our new Insert-Pro door making system we didn’t mess around. These heads cut a full 2" wide tenon with the top and bottom profiles working simultaneously to make setup as fast and easy as possible. They are also extremely versatile, accepting five (5) popular door profiles on one precision CNC machined set of cutter heads. The system makes both a 1/4" or 5/8" thick by 2" wide tenon so you can use it with interior and exterior doors.
