The 1/2"-thick MDF templates are CNC machined and drilled with countersink mounting holes. Use our CNC-machined router collet extension to give you more than 2" of additional reach. The collet extension works with all of your 1/2" shank router bits. We recommend using our 12" x 12" large router base (115-032) for extra support when routing the trays.
