Our new Mega-Rabbeting™ router bit set will make a full 3/4" deep rabbet plus 16 other useful cuts. Comes with custom wood case and complete instructions.

Detailed Description

Our exclusive new rabbeting router bit set is a fast and accurate way to produce inset door and drawer faces, cut strong rabbeted joints, inset the backs of cabinets and much more. The rabbeting router bit (item: 35-856) comes mounted with a 1/2" diameter bearing that makes a full 3/4" deep rabbet. We've also developed 16 other special sleeves that allow you to make all the cuts shown above. Each sleeve is made from aircraft grade aluminum and C.N.C. machined for ultimate precision. We then laser mark the diameters on each sleeve for fast setup and fit each one with a high-quality bearing that can be replaced if necessary. The bit features an aggressive shear angle that will deliver a glass-smooth finish on your workpiece and it's full 1" cutter height will tackle even the most demanding jobs.
