This is the best all-around saw for carpenters and do-it-yourselfers.

General Carpentry Saw

12" blade length, 14 TPI

This is the best all-around saw for carpenters and do-it-yourselfers. This blade will cut hard and soft woods, treated lumber, plywood, particle board, drywall, and plastic pipe with ease. The pistol-grip handle with soft elastomer grip provides a comfortable cutting angle and secure grip. Great for shop and home.

This very flexible saw excels at flush-cutting of dowels and plugs. It's also ideal for cutting precision joinery such as dovetails and mitering small molding. A good, all-around saw to keep in the shop and an extra one in your toolbox.

SharkSaw hand saws feature innovative Japanese design and technology. Unlike traditional western-style saws, Shark Saws cut on the pull stroke for better control and finer cuts. Every aspect of the design was created to ensure maximum performance with minimal fatigue.

To use a SharkSaw, place the teeth on the workpiece then very lightly draw the blade toward you. The weight of the saw will do the work. After one stroke, simply push the saw back and repeat. With a little practice, you'll be making precise cuts in no time.

Features Include:

  • Blades made from Japanese high-carbon spring steel
  • Teeth are diamond-ground to create three cutting edges
  • Special raker tooth removes sawdust from kerf
  • Teeth are impulse-hardened for long life
  • Blades are thin, lightweight, and flexible
  • Ultra-thin kerf for straight, effortless cuts
  • Ergonomic design for comfort when sawing
  • Sure-grip, high-impact ABS handles stand up to hard use
  • Quick-release design for easy blade replacement
