A Must-Have Kit for Creating Inlays!

Our exclusive accessory package has everything you need to get started with making beautiful inlay designs for your project. All you need to do is choose the MLIS Multi-Layer Inlay System templates for the desired inlay design.

The brass inlay kit features a removable collar, or sleeve, that allows you to use the same inlay template to rout the inlay and the inlay pocket, or recess. An 1/8"-diameter down-cut spiral router bit is included to create clean edges for the inlay and pocket. An included centering pin ensures that the inlay bushing is centered on your router's baseplate for accurate results every time.

Two positioning plates guarantee that template placement will be precise when routing multi-layered inlays. They're the same thickness as the MLIS templates to provide extra support for the router.

Our thin, clear, double-sided tape has a tenacious grip to prevent inlay material and templates shifting while routing. This tape is also handy to keep around the shop for a variety of temporary workholding tasks.
