JessEm router table fence on Infinity router table The Infinity Router Table Top (RTT-002) was designed to accept the JessEm Mast-R-Fence II (RTF-001).

Here at Infinity we are big fans of the JessEm Mast-R-Fence II router table fence (RTF-001). We include this fence with several of our router table packages. Our Infinity Tools router table top (RTT-002) was designed to accommodate the JessEm router table fence. Lets take a quick look at how easy it is to install the Jessem Mast-R-Fence II onto an Infinity router table top and see how versatile the combination can be in your shop.

When you receive your JessEm router table fence, the first thing you should do is make sure everything is present and accounted for. JessEm does a great job at packaging all the parts and hardware which makes it easy to locate everything.

The side rails for the fence are in two parts. The lower part of the side rails are packaged together and are mounted to the bottom of the router table top using the included pan-head screws into the the pre-drilled holes in the bottom of the tabletop.

The upper rails are attached to the back of the fence extrusion for packaging and shipping purposes.

Loosen the three bolts that secure each upper rail to the fence. Slide the rails out of the fence tracks and into the lower rails already attached to the table. With the square nut captured in the lower rail track you can flush the upper rails with the table and lock everything in place.

The next step is to install the two locking knobs onto the fence and slide them into the fence rails. Slide the fence forward and install the centering pin into the track on the bottom of the fence and slide it back into the fence rail. This pin keeps the fence from sliding side-to-side. This keeps the fence properly aligned with the router bit in your table. This is a really nice feature especially if you're upgrading the fence on your old or shop-made table that is narrower than the Infinity table top.

Install the clear bit guard by sliding it into the track on the front of the fence and positioning it over the router bit.

The last step is to install the jointing bars. These bars store easily in a special track on the back of the fence.

They are designed to bump the out feed sub fence forward allowing you to use your router table as a joiner when paired with a straight router bit like the Infinity 06-690.
