SHIPPING POLICY (Lower 48 states & International)

BACK ORDERS - We dislike back orders more than you do. Therefore, if an order is placed that contains multiple-items (router bit sets included) and one or more of those items is not in stock, we will ship ahead what we can and only charge you for the shipped items. We work very hard to complete all unshipped orders and to communicate the status of each order with our customers. If you have any question as to the status of your order please email us. We do not ship ahead for International orders, those orders ship complete when all items are in stock.

SAME DAY - We ship most orders the same business day they are received, assuming all items are in stock and the order is received by 2 p.m. E.S.T. We do not ship any orders on weekends or holidays.

METHOD - Our standard ground service includes those packages shipped via Priority Mail (USPS) or via FEDEX with a ground classification. As a general rule, smaller and lighter packages (1-2lbs.) are shipped with the post office and larger packages are shipped with FEDEX. Please provide a physical shipping address for all orders, FEDEX cannot deliver to a P.O. box. We use your email address to send a tracking # for all shipments, without your email address we can not send you tracking information. The decision to ship via FEDEX orr USPS is at our sole discretion.

TIMELY - Packages shipped with Ground service take between 7 to 10 biz days to reach any of the lower 48 states and we use either FEDEX or USPS. FEDEX 3 - 4 Day service will normally take between 3 and 4 biz days to reach you. FEDEX Commercial service delivers Monday -Friday, FEDEX Residential delivers Tuesday - Saturday.

GROUND SERVICE (lower 48 States only) - Most orders that exceed $100 (after any discounts), will qualify for our standard Ground service FREE of charge. All orders below $100 will be charged a flat rate of $7.90 per package and will be shipped with our Ground service (7-10 day biz days). Some items do not qualify for FREE shipping due to their weight. Please note: in order to qualify for FREE shipping your order total must exceed $100 after any discounts have been applied, some exceptions apply, please see your order confirmation for details. Heavy and or bulky items such as Router Table Packages and components will be charged the actual rate based on the total weight of your shipment and your shipping zip code. Online shipping rates for these items are an estimate only until we process your order.

EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-4 biz days for lower 48 States Only) - We have three levels of FEDEX Express shipping, Next Day, Two Day & Three-Four Day service. Fedex Next Day is a guaranteed next business day delivery to most U.S. addresses and FEDEX 2-Day is a two-day delivery to most U.S. addresses. All orders received by 2 p.m. E.S.T. will be shipped the same business day they are received. No delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Next Day - up to 2 lbs will cost $41.40. Next Day for orders > than 2 lbs will be charged the actual rate. 2-Day - up to 2 lbs. will cost $19.90 and 2-Day for orders > than 2 lbs will be charged the actual rate.

ORDERS FOR AK, HI, U.S. Territories, APO’s and FPO’s - Packages up to 2 lbs. will be shipped with our Priority Mail service (USPS) with a signature required at a cost of $7.90 per package. For packages heavier than 2lbs. we will charge the actual cost. Packages sent to these destinations with FEDEX will be charged the actual amount. APO's & FPO's will only be shipped with the Post Office. Please Note: FREE Shipping does not apply to these destinations.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - We Do Ship To Your International Destination! All international packages will be shipped with the U.S. Postal Service, Priority Mail International. The minimum charge for an international package is $15 USD. Packages over 2 lbs. will be charged the actual shipping charge plus $5 handling fee. International orders usually ship within 3-4 business days of order receipt. Transit times are usually between 5-14 business days. Orders for Infinity Tools brand router bits only from England will be processed through our U.K. agent, please direct all inquiries to info@infinitytools.co.uk or visit their website at www.infinitytools.co.uk. We will not ship Infinity Tools branded router bits direct to England at this time.
