No Hassle Return Policy:

Never experienced the glass-smooth cutting action of an Infinity Tools brand router bit, shaper cutter, saw blade, planer knife or other tool? Rest assured, we guarantee that you will be satisfied with every purchase you make from us. If our products do not meet your expectations, or you are otherwise not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise within 30 days along with it's original packaging and with a copy of the invoice for a refund or in-store credit. There may be a re-stocking fee of 5% on returned merchandise which is deemed to not be defective. If your order was shipped free-freight, we reserve the right apply the shipping charge back to your refund. If you want an in-store credit there will be no re-stocking fee and there is no time limit for which you can use your credit. We do not accept product returns after 30 days unless the product has a manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defects are covered for the life of the product.

Return Procedure:

All returns need an RA (Return Authorization) number and will need to be returned to our address below. Email us here to request your RA# and describe the issue you are having with the product you want to return. You can also contact customer service at 1-877-872-2487 to request an RA#. When returning your item, you should use the original packaging that we used to ship the product to you and also include a copy of your paper receipt. We take great care in packaging your items to avoid damage, if we receive a damaged or missing item from a return package we will not be able to refund or exchange the item. Please make sure the packaging you are using is sturdy and will protect your item in transit. Remember, those shipping guys can be pretty rough on packages, so double check your package carefully. You are responsible for all shipping costs associated with getting your order back to our Tampa warehouse.

Once your return is received and inspected by Infinity Tools (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to be posted to your account. For wire transfer, paypal or check payments, all refunds will be issued to store credit.
