Our new Universal Router Table is an industrial quality piece that measures a very spacious 24" deep x 32" wide. The core of the top is made from 1" thick solid MDF that is high-pressure faced on both sides by 1/16" melamine for a total thickness of 1-1/8". It is guaranteed-tough and will not buckle, bend or warp under pressure. The outside of each table has been fitted with a durable plastic t-molding guard to protect the top from bumps and scrapes even after years of use. The table also comes with our 3/4" aluminum precision extruded & anodized T-Track for miter gauges and other fixtures. The underside of the table has been pre-drilled to accept our router table stand (RTS-001) and the JessEm Rout-R-Fence (RTF-001) without any additional drilling.

Included in this package is the JessEm Rout-R-Plate, a perfectly flat, rigid and durable mounting solution for reliable use in any router table application. Accurate plate positioning is ensured with the 8 position set-screw plate leveling system. The dimensions of the plate are 9-1/4" x 11-3/4" which are the same as the Mast-R-Lift and Rout-R-Plate router lifts. The Rout-R-Plate includes a convenient centerhole bushing used to align the router so it is centered in the bit hole. The plate centerhole is machined to 3-5/8" so it is large enough to accept even the largest router bits and includes two additional insert rings, one with 2" diameter and one for standard sized template guide bushings. Includes a starting pin for fence-free routing.
