Pattern routing is one of the most popular applications in woodworking and with our double bearing solid carbide spiral bits you'll have the best in pattern cutting bit technology. Designed using the latest CAD software and manufactured to extremely tight tolerances, (+/- .002"), these C4 micro-grain carbide spiral bits will keep cutting cleanly long after your regular flush trim bits are dull.
Assembled using two high quality bearings, this guide system makes for a silky smooth cut with none of the catchy and irregular motion of lesser quality bits. With two flutes for maximum cutting efficiency and a glass-smooth finish, choose the downcut bit for the cleanest cut on the bottom side of your workpiece or choose the upcut bit for a fray-free cut on the top side of your workpiece.
