Raised Panel Door Shaper Cutters
|

We manufacture these premium quality Raised Panel shaper cutters in four attractive profiles; Ogee, Standard, Cove and 15° Shaker style. With 3-wings and geometrically accurate grinding these shaper cutters leave a glass-smooth finish that requires little or no sanding.
Our raised panel shaper cutters have been designed to work with stock from 5/8" to ¾" thick. If you plan on using ¾" thick panel stock click here to purchase our specially designed 3-wing back cutter. You can stack this back cutter on top of (or underneath) our raised panel cutters by using our RUB-100 rub collar as a spacer. Also use this rub collar for fast and accurate set-up and milling of standard and arched panel doors. Click here to purchase our specially designed rub collars.
