The Infinity Tools Professional Coping Sled is the fastest, safest and most accurate way to produce crosscuts in stock up to 7" wide. It's solid aluminum construction, Lexan safety visor and quick-set toggle clamps set this production quality coping sled apart. Competitor units use inferior quality materials but more importantly, have a major design flaw; they use their base as a guide against your router's fence. This design allows the router bit or shaper cutter to make contact with the base, quickly eating into it and making the sled useless.
Our Professional Coping Sled uses an exclusive 3/8" thick Lexan visor mounted on solid aluminum posts. The Lexan visor keeps the sled's aluminum base away from the spinning cutter and acts as a protective barrier between you and the work piece. The bottom of the Lexan visor sits 3.00" from your work surface and is 3/8" thick so it will not fit into any mini t-track that may be mounted to your fence. The solid feel and mass of our Professional Coping Sled absorbs vibration and makes cutting rail ends (or any crosscut) more safe, precise and repeatable. If you compared the cost of this jig to others you can tell it a bit pricy but when you are talking about the quality and how much reliable tool it is, this jig is way beyond all of them, I have a chanced to try out this jig from my friend’s shop in Costa Mesa before I place my order just now. When I first holding the jig in my hand I can feel it very solid and sturdy, best thing is it allow you to feed wider stock up to 7 inches, you don’t feel any vibration when routing. Be sure to add ¾ miter bar COB-MB1 to your basket. Oh man!! It will be a perfect pair on my JessEm Mast-R-Lift Excel II router table. Tool made professional that is what I believed, one time buy without regret later on.

Worth every dime !!
After years of getting by with homemade sleds I decided to purchase a real sled. The biggest problem I had with this tool is that I had to go to each piece of equipment that I use it on and square them up. I make a couple hundred cabinet doors a month and this has been one of the best purchases I have made in many years. GREAT TOOL!!

No better way to cope tricky end grain cuts!
Im a one-man cabinet shop and have used any number of ways to process end grain cope-cuts. I was putting off buying the Infinity Professional Coping and Cross Cut Sled, but every time I got less-than-tight joinery I kept going back to giving your product a try. Solid, precise and ergonomic. This is a well-designed tool. Easy to set up with quick changeovers and no work slippage at all. The third toggle clamp is perfect for holding the backer block. Wish I had bought one sooner!

Quality costs money!!!
I just spent the week cutting over 50 rail and stiles using the Professional Coping Sled. It may be expensive but the quality of materials is impeccable and the adjustability is well thought out. Provides perfect control and safety is never compromised. Made the entire process painless and produced very clean cuts.

I've purchased lots of tools and jigs in my time but never have I been so completely satisfied with a device. Perfect cut, no vibration, no wobble, no base plate distortion. This is a beautiful thing.
Great tool
I just finished making 88 rails(not a typo). There was no vibration felt. It was very nice to see the cutter to make sure things were lined up correctly. It's a little expensive but well worth it
