A common problem for woodworkers is finding ¼" plywood that is actually ¼" thick. Rail & stile router bits cut a full ¼" cope and stick joint that is too wide for undersized plywood panel stock. The result is that the panel tends to be loose and rattles within the frame.
Our new 2-Pc. plywood slot cutter kits solve this problem by allowing you to choose between four different undersize cope & stick slot cutters. These specially designed kits will work with all Infinity brand rail and stile router bit sets and they're really easy to setup. Simply replace the slot cutter on the rail and on the stile bits with the replacement slot cutters that come with each kit. Each slot cutter is labeled so you know which one to replace.
