The Frame & Panel Master provides a safe, secure, easy to control work platform that speeds your frame and panel work. Clamps your workpiece and our Door Making Templates together for machining on your router table. Faster than using double face tape or nails to hold the template on the work. Quickly converts between rails and panels. Use it for flush trimming parts to shape, or to machine the panel and rail profiles with appropriate router bits. Bits not included. Optional 500 lb. toggle clamps (100-526 - two required) available to replace the standard clamps and can be added at any time.
This kit includes our FPM-001 Frame & Panel Master, PDT-201 Arched Door Templates (1-3/4" rise) and bonus Frame & Panel Secrets DVD and Booklet.
Designed for 5" to 18" parts, or frames 8-3/4" to 21-3/4" based on a 3/8" deep cope joint and a 2-1/4" wide stile.
