Our Classical router bit mills attractive, ornate shapes like the one above. It's perfect for remodeling and restoration jobs requiring duplication of elaborate moldings. This router bit can be used to rout a variety of shapes but the most common application is to make unique base moldings, chair rail and panel moldings with a full 1-1/8" height. Like all of our router bits, this cutter is manufactured to the tightest tolerances using the most advanced 5-axis computerized grinding centers. This insures optimum clearance angles along the entire cutting edge which results in a clean, burn-free cut that requires little to no sanding.
