The prefered method to make square rail & stile joinery is to use solid stock for the panel since 1/4" plywood is getting thinner. With this new door making bit set you can use solid wood to make your 22.5° Raised Panel profile and either face the profile outward or flip the panel material around for a flat-panel look. Either way, you'll have built a very sturdy solid wood door with none of the 'ratlle' common with plywood panel construction.
