91-502. Standard matched Rail and Stile Set:
Like all of our bits, this set is C.N.C. ground and factory matched to ensure a snug fit. Now with a FREE set-up block (a $9.90 value) to take the guess work out of rail and stile door construction. Profile width is 7/16".
90-508. Standard Raised Panel Bit with exclusive 3-wing Back Cutter:
With a smooth cutting shear action and an anti-kickback design, our panel bits are made with you’re your safety in mind. This bit allows you to mill both sides of your 3/4" thick solid panel stock in one pass. Also included is an extra 1-1/4" diameter bearing to make panels in two safe passes. Profile width is 1-3/8".
06-691. Heavy Duty Flush Trimming Bit:
This bit is perfect for following our thick High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic door templates. Designed with negative shear for ultra clean cuts and a full 3/4" body diameter, this bit will become one of the most used flushtrims in your shop.
56-503. Reverse Door Pull Bit:
A perfect choice for adding a distinct look to the outside edges of your 3/4" door frame and drawer fronts.
55-512. Drawer Lock Bit:
This popular bit allows you to quickly and accurately machine perfect fitting drawer fronts. Don’t forget to use the Inverted Ogee bit to add a touch of class to the edges of your drawer fronts.
55-501. Glue Joint Bit:
Fast and accurate glue-ups are the trademark of this bit. It's perfect for making large panels for doors or cabinets. Route one half of each joint face down, the other face up. Very usefull for table top construction as well.
