Make custom Entry & Passage doors with this new Shaker style 3-piece router bit set. Perfect for 1-3/8" and 1-3/4" thick door stock and you can even make 3/4" to 1" thick cabinet doors with this set!

Detailed Description

Now make ¾", to 1-3/4" thick custom doors with our exclusive new Shaker style router bit set. Designed for cabinet (3/4" to 1" thick) as well as passage (1-3/8" thick) & entry (1-3/4" thick) doors, this may be the most functional and versatile door making set ever made. The set includes our 2-piece factory matched Shaker profile rail & stile cutters as well as our Shaker profile raised panel router bit. In the cabinet door and passage door configuration, the tongue thickness will be 1/4" with the included slot cutter; in the passage door configuration the tongue will 1/2" thick. The profile width is 7/16".

If you purchase our 91-525tc Extended Tenon Cutter bit (see below) you have the option of making the tongue as wide as you like. The Rail & Stile bits cut an elegant 15° bevel on the door frame and the 22.5° door panel profile compliments this timeless look of simple sophistication.
